UPDATE: Wyoming police looking for missing girl in Black Hills area

UPDATE (7:05 p.m.) — Police say that Shayna Ritthaler, age 16,  may now be traveling on foot in the area of Sturgis or Deadwood, possibly with dyed hair.

Officials were able to make contact with vehicle she was in and the owner has been interviewed by law enforcement in the appropriate jurisdiction. The vehicle is no longer involved.

Shayna may have dyed her hair black. If you see Shayna you are urged to contact your local law enforcement immediately.

MOORCROFT, Wyo. — Police in Moorcroft believe that a missing juvenile may be in the Lead/Deadwood area.

Shayna Ritthaler, age 16 is 5’2″, 122 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. If you see Shayna you are urged to contact law enforcement immediately.

Shayna was last seen entering the vehicle below at the Coffee Cup in Moorcroft at about 12:30 on Thursday.
