WY DOH: 292 new COVID-19 cases, no new deaths reported Saturday and Sunday

CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Saturday and Sunday combined, the Wyoming Department of Health reported 292 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the total number of cases in the state to 43,443.

1,333 cases are considered active in the state, an increase of 79 since Friday.

An additional 213 people have recovered from the virus. The total number of recoveries is now 41,539.

The following counties reported new cases:

  • Campbell County – 17 cases
  • Sheridan County – two cases
  • Crook County – one case

No new deaths were reported over the weekend, leaving the states death toll at 571 since the pandemic began.
