Who’s scheduled to appear in Pennington County Court in February?
RAPID CITY, S.D.- The following persons are scheduled to make a court appearance in Pennington County in February 2023. These individuals have been charged with their respective crimes but have not been convicted and are innocent until proven guilty.
Quincy Bearrobe is charged with second-degree murder of 19-year-old Myron Blaine Pourier of Porcupine at the Grand Gateway Hotel on March 19, 2022. He is scheduled to appear in court on February 27, 2023.

William Howard Daly is charged with first-degree manslaughter of Austin Freeman on August 13, 2021. He is scheduled to appear in court on February 15, 2023.
Victim in North Maple Street shooting dies, police searching for second person of interest
Timothy Haunte is charged with first-degree murder of Dallas Quickbear on February 20, 2022. He is scheduled to appear in court on February 24, 2023.
Louis Daniel Perea is charged with first-degree murder in the double homicide involving Joseph Standing Bear and Petan Milk on August 20, 2022 on Surfwood Drive. He is scheduled to appear on February 16, 2023.
Samuel Alan Silk is charged with first-degree manslaughter in the death of Waldron James Jealousofhim, Jr. on December 30, 2021. He is scheduled to appear on February 21, 2023.
Juanita Lynn Wolfe is charged with vehicular homicide in the death of Ty Brownotter on April 8, 2021. She is scheduled to appear on February 13, 2023.

William Michael Hopkins is charged with Manslaughter in the first degree in the death of Jon Michael Walter II on November 20, 2022. On November 20, police were dispatched to a residence in the 700 block of North 7th Street for a report of an individual who had been shot. Upon entering the residence they found Walter II deceased with a gunshot wound to the torso. Hopkins is scheduled to appear on February 13, 2023.

At around 10:25 p.m. on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 police were dispatched to the 900 block of North 7th Street for a requested welfare check on an unconscious male. On arrival, police located the male, obviously deceased, in the garage of the residence. The Rapid City Police Department released the name of the victim as 44-year-old Andrew Bearrobe of Pine Ridge. Bissonette is charged with Second Degree Murder and is scheduled for court on February 27, 2023. Bail was set at $500,000.
