In 2008, he was questioned by police based on an accusation that he had sexually assaulted a then-12-year-old girl over a period of 5 years. Bonness stopped the interview and was allowed to leave, and disappeared before police obtained a search warrantBonness may be using the name David Allen Nuse. He is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds. He has brown hair and green eyes. The man has personal ties in Wyoming and Nebraska, living previously in Torrington and Laramie, Wyo.
