WATCH: Rapid City Council meeting regarding second reading of emergency ordinance

RAPID CITY, S.D. — The Rapid City Council is scheduled to begin the second reading of the emergency ordinance that pertains to slowing the spread of COVID-19 at 6:30 p.m.

If approved, the ordinance would extend the date by which the city can implement certain necessary measures to slow the spread of the virus.
