“Walking on Art” Rug Hooking Exhibit
The Lead Deadwood Arts Center’s newest exhibit will be, Walking on Art, which will feature over 30 beautiful handmade, hooked rugs created by Betty Dahlin, Valerie Begeman, Donna Zinnecker, Zetha Estes and Barbra Ayres who are all members of the Black Hills Area Rug Hookers. An open house to unveil the exhibit will be held on Wednesday, September 9 at the Lead Deadwood Arts Center at 309 W. Main in Lead from 5 to 7 p.m. with live demonstrations and refreshments served.
