Volunteers needed for 3rd Annual Night to Shine

RAPID CITY, S.D. -For the third year in a row Night to Shine is coming to Rapid City. Night to Shine is a prom made specifically for people with special needs.

Bethel Church hosts each year in Rapid City and over the years the event has grown significantly. Bethel is looking for volunteers to sign-up and help over 200 people.

“Last year we had over 270 guests and over 450 volunteers. We had like 700 something people coming out and just partying all night. It’s such an amazing time and a great way to just love on those in our community with special needs,” said the Rapid City Campus Pastor, Keith Culver.

Volunteers can set up, break down, help with hair and makeup, or simply be someone’s prom date. Volunteer sign-up opens on October 1 and goes through January. Click this link to get to the Bethel Church website, where you can sign-up.

Night to Shine will be on February 7th, 2020.
