Treasured Lives hosting their annual fundraiser

Treasured Lives provides advocacy, education, crisis care, peer mentoring, and support groups along with a variety of other assistance to sex trafficking survivor needs. Their annual fundraiser is coming up.

RAPID CITY, S.D. — Treasured Lives, a local agency that is an advocacy group for survivors of sex trafficking, is hosting their annual fundraiser this month as January recognizes National Human Trafficking Prevention Month.

Treasured Lives presents Todd Burns, who is an award-winning filmmaker, human rights activist and attorney to the stars.

Burns will be speaking on Saturday, January 15 at 4:00 p.m. at The Monument, with the VIP dinner option available at 6:30 p.m.

The night will also include live music and an auction and a Q&A with burns. There will also be an online viewing option.

There will also be a prelude to the event where ‘The Stoning of Soraya M.’ produced by Burns will be played at the Elks Theater.
