Traffic detours coming to 7th Street in Rapid City

Work expected to be complete by Wednesday

RAPID CITY, S.D. – Starting on Monday, commuters may run into a detour on their commute.

Seventh Street in Rapid City will be closed at the railroad crossing south of Apolda Street for crossing repairs and adjustment.

Northbound traffic will be detoured from Main Street to Mount Rushmore Road, and southbound traffic will go from Apolda Street to Sixth Street and then to Main Street.

Work is expected to be finished by Wednesday.
