This weekend is packed with tons of holiday things to do. There is no way you’ll be bored after Turkey Day. From Turkey Trots to tree lighting to pictures with Santa, this weekend is going to be a lot of fun for everyone.
Black Hills Runners Club Turkey Trot
Gobble Gobble, Trot Trot. Registration might be closed, but that doesn’t mean you can’t cheer on your Rapid City neighbors.

Main Street Square’s Holiday Celebration and Winter Market
Watch the Black Hills Figure Skating Club. Shop the local vendors at the Winter Market. Listen to your favorite Christmas songs performed by Sophia Beatty, and then light up the 30-foot Christmas tree with Mayor Allender. If you can’t make it there be sure watch the tree lighting on NewsCenter1.

Festival of Lights Parade
Check out amazingly decorated parade floats. Also the rumor is, is that Santa himself might make an appearance at the end of the parade!

Pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus at the VR Den
Mr. and Mrs. Claus are big fans of virtual reality. They are setting up some time to take pictures with you in between playing VR games.
