The Wienermobile and NUTmobile are in Rapid City

Delivering miles of smiles across the country are the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile and Planter NUTmobile, who are now in the Black Hills Area.

RAPID CITY, S.D. — The Wienermobile is offering residents a “franktastic” opportunity to ketchup with the Wienermobile as it returns to the hot dog highways of America.

The 27-foot hot dog on wheels offers fun for everyone, with an experience complete with handouts like weenie whistles and a tour of the ride.

The NUTmobile is also offering some fun. Peanutters are safely connecting with residents by handing out peanuts and prizes, playing games and plenty of photo opportunities with the 26-foot-long legume on wheels.

Natalie Brigham, a Peanutter, says, “If you ever see our vehicles, please come up to us, we are you know the friendliest people on the planet, we would love to interact with you, take your picture, give you some free samples, and maybe give you some secret surprises.”

The vehicles are considering safety, by offering hand sanitizer and PPE to guests as well as sanitizing equipment after use.

The Wienermobile and NUTmobile will be in the area until August 24th and will be visiting the Central States Fair and Spearfish Farmers Market.
