The Erik Files: We made it to another weekend!

International Talk Like A Pirate Day is tomorrow.

**THIS DATE IN WEATHER HISTORY: On this date in 1993: A thunderstorm dumped 1.87 inches of rain near Harrington in rural Bennett County. Lightning caused nearly $5,000 in damage to a local home.**

Well Folks, we have successfully made it to another weekend. Unlike last week, we didn’t see snow. (We didn’t see any rain either, of which we really need.) The good news is, there is a chance of rain on Saturday Night. The Bad news with that is, T-Storms are possible as well. We need the rain, we don’t need the lightning.
