This is the 37th year YFS’ Nutrition Services program has hosted the Harvest Meals event in an effort to “promote togetherness and belonging while providing families with joy.”

Feeding South Dakota has a goal to feed as many people as possible this year through their Thanksgiving meal giveaways. The Rapid City event is Saturday, Nov. 17 at the Central States Fairgrounds. The “drive-thru” giveaway starts at 9 a.m., and meals will be given to the first 707 families. There will be one meal available per family.
