Stars wrap up weekend series with win over Watertown

RAPID CITY, S.D. – Rapid City Post 320 squared off against Watertown Post 17 on Saturday.

Watertown scored two runs in the top of the third to take the lead.

But Post 320 responded by scoring three runs in the bottom of the third and the Stars went onto win, 3-2.

Peyton Ness and Bryan Roselles each had an RBI for the Stars.

Meanwhile, James Rodgers went four innings for Post 320 and had five strikeouts.

Jett Wetzler pitched in relief and finished with two strikeouts in three innings.

The Stars improve to 6-3 on the season.

Post 320 will play its first road game of the season, as the Stars travel to Spearfish for a doubleheader on Saturday, May 15.
