South Dakota man charged with meth trafficking escapes from Colorado prison
LITTLETON, Colo. — At approximately 10:15 a.m. on Sunday, April 3, 60-year-old Frank Elliott was discovered missing from the satellite camp adjacent to the Federal Correctional Institution Englewood in Littleton, Colorado.
He is a Native American male with brown hair, brown eyes, 5′ 11″ tall and weighs approximately 165 pounds.
Elliott was part of a conspiracy responsible for distributing over 500 grams of methamphetamine in the Rapid City area from June 2016 through June 2018. He was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison followed by 10 years of supervised release on February 16, 2021.
The United States Marshals Service, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and other law enforcement agencies were notified once he was discovered to be missing.
