South Dakota Community Foundation invests in Sanford research experiment
Big news for the Sanford Underground Research Facility and the South Dakota Community Foundation (SDCF).
The SDCF will be making a $2 million investment in an upcoming experiment at the underground research facility. The program-related investment will be the largest one time funding outflow for a single project in the SDCF’s 28 year history.
Not only does the Sanford experiment contribute to our greater understanding of the scientific world – it contributes jobs and economic growth here in South Dakota.
