Soccer Roundup: Williams scores hat trick in Raiders victory over Belle Fourche

RAPID CITY, S.D. – It’s hard to believe, but the high school soccer season is quickly winding down.

There’s only two undefeated teams remaining in Class ‘AA’ boys soccer, Rapid City Stevens and Spearfish.

The Raiders and the Spartans will square off on September 29.

But in the meantime, the Stevens Raiders were back in action on Saturday hosting the Belle Fourche Broncs.

Zack Williams could not be stopped for Stevens.

He finished with a hat trick and one assist as the Raiders shut out the Broncs, 6-0.

Stevens is the top ranked team in Class ‘AA’ with a 9-0 record.

In fact, the Raiders have eight shutouts in their nine matches.

Stevens will play Rapid City Central on Tuesday, Sept. 22 at 8 p.m. at Sioux Park Stadium.

Meanwhile, Belle Fourche falls to 5-6 on the season.

The Broncs will host Spearfish on Sept. 22 at 6 p.m.
