Sioux Falls woman arrested for having sexual contact with 13-year-old boy

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — A Sioux Falls woman has been arrested after allegedly having sexual contact with a child.

Samantha Lynn Eberle, 38, was arrested on Saturday after a police officer patrolling the North Drive area came across a parked car

Upon further investigation, the officer allegedly discovered Eberle in the backseat with a 13-year-old boy — along with sex toys, methamphetamine, and a marijuana pipe.

The boy was taken home and Eberle was charged with sexual contact with a child under 16, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, sexual exploitation of a minor and possession of drugs and paraphernalia.

Authorities say Eberle is not related to the boy.
