Sioux Falls Lincoln captures sixth straight boys tennis title

Rapid City Stevens finished 3rd at the state tournament

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — Sioux Falls Lincoln has dominated boys tennis over the past several years.

In fact, the Patriots made history on Saturday by becoming the first boys program to win six consecutive state tennis championships.

The Lincoln Patriots finished with 689 points. The Patriots won five of the six singles championships and two doubles championships.

Sioux Falls O‘Gorman finished second followed by Rapid City Stevens with 395 points.

Dawson Segrist was the highest finisher for Stevens. He finished runner-up to Rahul Giri of Lincoln in flight three singles.
