Seth Stock scores two goals to lead the Sabres over the Cobras

The Rapid City Rush fall to the Utah Grizzlies for the second game in a row.

RAPID CITY, S.D. – The Badlands Sabres snapped a four-game losing streak on Friday with a come-from-behind win over the Butte Cobras.

The two teams squared off again on Saturday and the Sabres completed the two-game sweep with a 6-2 victory over the Cobras.

Seth Stock, from Rapid City, led Badlands with two goal and two assists.

Hunter Fischbach, Cole Sykes, Carter Johnson and Zach Vockler also scored for the Sabres.

Meanwhile, Maxim Currie tallied 33 saves in an outstanding performance between the pipes for the Sabres.

Badlands now improves to 6-7-1 on the season.

The Sabres will travel to Wyoming on Nov. 12-13 to take on the Sheridan Hawks.
