Serious crash at Catron Blvd. and Nugget Gulch Rd. causing traffic delays
UPDATE (8:22 a.m.): Due to the crash, there is no east/westbound traffic on Catron Boulevard from Sheridan Lake Road to Highway 16, according to a tweet from the RCPD.

RAPID CITY, S.D. — An automobile crash authorities are describing as “serious” has impacted traffic near the intersection of Catron Boulevard and Nugget Gulch Road.
Authorities are advising travelers in the area to seek an alternate route.
Eastbound lanes of Catron Boulevard were completely blocked as of approximately 8:05 a.m. Traffic from Sheridan Lake onto eastbound Catron was being diverted by RCPD and PCSO.
RCFD, RCPD and PennCo Safety officials are on scene, but details involving the number of cars involved or injuries have not been released.
