Search for shooter in Rapid City continues

RAPID CITY, S.D. — The search continues for a shooting suspect in Rapid City.

The shooting happened Friday evening at a home in the 1400 block of Racine Street.

One person was shot in a leg and taken to Monument Health Rapid City Hospital. The victim was said to be ‘ok’.

Police say the suspect ran off after the shooting.

Meanwhile, a woman was seen crawling out of a basement window with a backpack. Police found meth and other paraphernalia before arresting the 26-year-old Shelby Noisy Hawk of Rapid City. She already had several warrants out for her arrest.
