SD Mines hosts the Bauer Invitational Track and Field Meet

RAPID CITY, S.D. – The Bauer Invitational Track and Field Meet was held Saturday at O’Harra Stadium.

South Dakota Mines won five events and set two school records.

Macy McClure set a new school record in the women’s hammer throw with a toss of 173 feet, 9.5 inches.

Plus, Jeremiah Bridges won the men’s long jump and set a new school record with a distance of 23 feet, 8.75 inches.

Meanwhile, Black Hills State won eight individual events and earned three provisional marks.
