RAPID CITY, S.D. — Congratulations are in order for the class of 2020 at the South Dakota’s School of Mines and Technology.

The solidarity of the day was not lost among faculty and classmates.

“I truly regret that this spring I won’t be able to see you walk the stage, to shake your hand or to put a hood over your head,” said Dr. Maribeth Price, the Dean of Graduate Education at SDSM&T.

“Even though we are not here together physically, we did it together. Hardrocker family I am so proud of you and the accomplishments you’ve made,” said Tiati Thelen, the Senior Class Representative.

School of Mines President gave each graduate an opportunity to join a commencement ceremony in the future.
