Rapid City Central girls basketball coach and Sacred Hoops Program Director, Allan Bertram, hopes to add more teams to the event in the future.

“This is the first ever in West River South Dakota for us hosting a high school classic,” said Allan Bertram. “We’re super excited to be able to host it on the campus of Black Hills State University. To be able to provide an opportunity for the student-athletes to go onto the college campus. Play on the collegiate floor and get the feel of that. Then the uniqueness of the event where you’re pitting South Dakota versus Wyoming also adds a lot to it. So there’s six basketball games, 12 varsity teams playing.”
