PIERRE, S.D. — Every Monday, the Office of the Attorney General of South Dakota highlights missing persons cases still active throughout the state. Take a look at the cases below – your information could make the difference!


KERRIGAN KILLS PLENTY (16) — ROSEBUD

Kerrigan is a 5’8″, 140lbs. Native American female with black hair and brown eyes. She went missing from Rosebud on March 3, 2021.

No information is available on what Kerrigan was wearing at the time she went missing. She has a tattoo of a padlock over a heart on her right cheek.

Kerrigan may be travelling in a white Jeep Cherokee.

JACEY BETTELYOUN (15) – NORRIS – BLACKPIPE

Jacey is a 5’2″, 115lbs. Native American female with brown hair and brown eyes. She went missing from Norris-Blackpipe on April 1, 2021.

No information is available on what Jacey was wearing at the time she went missing. She may use the name Jacey Black Bear.
