Runner from SD places 23rd in Iditarod Trail Invitational

KNIK, Alaska — A resident from South Dakota placed 23rd in the Iditarod Trail Invitational 2021.

Ryan Wanless finished the 350 mile race with a time of eight days, 23 hours and 29 minutes.

This time places Wanless towards the middle of the pack with the shortest completion time being four days, 7 hours and 11 minutes and the longest time being 10 days, 3 hours and 47 minutes.
