Rounds says he hopes the new location will make it easier for voters to come seek help, share their thoughts, and engage with their representatives.

“It’s a chance for them to come on in, sit down, visit, get to know my team. I’m really proud of them; they’re customer service oriented,” Sen. Rounds says. “Get something done and then really to introduce themselves but also give us a chance to be able to get back to them later on with responses or things that we would recommend they do to get a response out of the federal agency that they’re concerned with.”

The office is now open for anyone wanting to come by and take a look.
