A release from the City of Rapid City says that the swim meet will be using the 50-meter outdoor pool for competition, various indoor locker rooms and three to four lanes of the 25-yard pool for both warm up and cool down.

City recreation officials encourage the public to use the swim center’s leisure pool and specific areas of the 25-yeard indoor pool for morning lap swim. The public is also encouraged to use other public pools including the Horace Mann, Jimmy Hilton at Sioux Park, and Parkview pools.

Food trucks on site and considerable traffic are also factors to consider if attending during this time.
