Report: 39 million Americans have been carrying credit card debt for two years or more

According to a new creditcard.com report, an estimated 39 million Americans have been carrying credit card debt for at least the past two years.

Another 8 million Americans can’t even recall how long they’ve been in debt. In total, 59 percent of credit card holders are currently carrying a balance on at least one card.
