Rep. Noem congratulates student earning national recognition for anti-bullying message

U.S. Representative Kristi Noem met with a local student who is earning national recognition for her anti-bullying message and new book. Danika is an 8th grader from Sturgis, and she has a lot to teach kids and adults about bullying, how to treat other people, and leadership.
