Missing teen located
UPDATE (10:50 a.m.): Cassidy Ketchum has been located safe, according to the RCPD.

RAPID CITY, S.D. — The Rapid City Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in locating Southwest Middle School student Cassidy Ketchum, 13.
Cassidy was last seen around 9:00 p.m. Wednesday night on the 4900 block of the South Highway 16 service road. Multiple addresses and locations were checked overnight, but she was not located.
She was last seen wearing a blue shirt with flowers on it, acid washed jeans, and no shoes.
Cassidy is a white female who is approximately 4,7″ tall and weighs 125 lbs. She has blonde hard with red tips and hazel eyes
