UPDATE: Missing 10-year-old located safe
UPDATE (7:55 a.m.): 10-year-old Melvin Pourier has been located safe according to the Rapid City Police Department.
RAPID CITY, S.D. — The Rapid City Police Department is currently seeking the public’s help to locate missing 10-year-old Melvin Pourier.
The RCPD says multiple locations have been checked since he was reported missing this evening.
He was last seen at about 9 p.m. in the 2500 block of Mt. Rushmore Road wearing a black shirt, black sweater with blue lettering, black and red shorts, black/white/red shoes and blue glasses.
