UPDATE: 14-year-old missing teen found safe

FRIDAY UPDATE (7:00AM): Payen has been found safe.

RAPID CITY, S.D. — The Rapid City Police Department is seeking the public’s help to locate missing 14-year-old Payen Lakota.

Payen was last seen in the 700 block of Mallow Street wearing all gray clothing and black Nike shoes. He now has shoulder-length hair.

Multiple locations have been checked since he was reported missing Wednesday afternoon.

Anyone with any information about Payen’s whereabouts should contact police immediately at 605-394-4131.
