Rapid City woman sentenced to 20 years for heroin trafficking

RAPID CITY, S.D. — A Rapid City Woman is sentenced to 20-years in federal prison for heroin trafficking.

41-year-old Sara Bailey, who also goes by Sara Johnson, was convicted of intent to distribute about 2000 grams of heroin in Rapid City between May and August of 2018.

She also provided and injected heroin into a 15-year-old during that time frame. The estimated street value of 2000 grams of heroin is $614,000.
