Rapid City PD asks public for help in finding missing 56-year-old man
Dale Vann was last seen the morning of March 5
Rapid City, S.D. – The Rapid City Police Department is asking the public to help find a 56-year-old man who was last seen March 5.
Dale Vann of Rapid City was last seen at his home in the 800 block of East Minnesota Tuesday morning. Police say he is believed to be wearing a black parka, a baby blue-colored North Carolina Tar Heels baseball cap, black pants, and dark brown boots.
Vann does not have a vehicle and could have left the home on foot.
Police say they’ve been working leads since Vann’s disappearance and now need the public’s help.
