Overall, team owner Tel Koan says everything is coming together for the new team.

“The community has come together and they have been welcoming us great,” said team owner Tel Koan. “We’ve had many partnerships that have developed and we’ve got a lot to come. The Monument here at the arena they has been amazing. They have catered to all of our needs. They’ve even come up with some great ideas for us. When it happens in this arena, it’s going to be absolutely amazing.”

The team owners have also assembled a coaching staff.

Former indoor football player and coach Dan Maciejczak has been named the assistant head coach for the Marshals.

He is currently the head football coach for the Douglas Patriots.

Maciejczak will be joined on the sidelines by head coach Dante Dudley who played for the Rapid City Flying Aces indoor football team in 2006.

“I coached the indoor football team before,” said Dan Maciejczak. “Left and coached for a long time afterwards. I kind of walked away from the game to coach high school football here. Giving back to the Box Elder community where I played high school football and everything. This opportunity to coach indoor football, home area. Kind of do it the right way with a fun group of guys, I’m beyond excited.”
