Rapid City man sentenced for sexual exploitation, aggravated incest

RAPID CITY, S.D. — A Rapid City man convicted of sexual exploitation of a minor and aggravated incest was sentenced to 75 years in federal prison on Monday.

Thirty-six year old Henry Chase Alone, also known as Henry Black Elk, will also pay $6,000 in restitution. Chase Alone was found guilty in January by a Rapid City federal jury.

In court it was found that Chase Alone received custody of a young girl in 2016 and began sexually abusing her almost immediately after she arrived at his home. Prosecutors say that he used threats and fear of violence to physically and sexually abuse her.

Investigators found child pornography on Chase Alone’s computer, including videos and photos that he recorded with himself and the victim.
