Rapid City inmate placed on escape status
RAPID CITY, S.D. — A Rapid City inmate has been placed on escape status after he failed to return to his work release program.
The South Dakota Department of Corrections says that Troy Quick Bear, 30, didn’t return to the Rapid City Community Work Center at the appointed time.
Quick Bear is currently serving a three year sentence for possession of a controlled substance.
He is a Native American male weighing 200 pounds and standing 5 foot 8.
