Power outage in RC affects over 1,000 people

RAPID CITY, S.D. — A power outage in northwest Rapid City has left 1,613 people without power Wednesday.

The outage was first reported to Black Hills Energy at 11:51 a.m.

BHE estimates that power will be restored around 2 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.
