Pennington County Sheriff urges hunters to lookout for missing people
PENNINGTON COUNTY, S.D. -Deer hunting season started on Friday and the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office is reminding hunters to be alert and be on the lookout for missing people.
It has been a month now since 66-year-old Larry Genzlinger was last seen. He was elk hunting near Deerfield Lake, the area of Sawmill Draw, Six Mile, and Ditch Creek Roads.
He’s 5 feet 9 inches tall, 200lbs, with grey hair and brown eyes.
Also missing Serenity Dennard, who went missing back in February. The now-ten-year-old was last seen in Rockerville near the Children’s Home. She has dark blonde hair, blue eyes and stands a little under 5 feet tall.
If you spot either of them, you are urged to call the Pennington County Sheriff immediately.
