PennCo prosecutors won’t seek death penalty in Walmart parking lot slaying
RAPID CITY, SD — Pennington county prosecutors say they will not seek the death penalty for 48-year-old, Rochelle Seminole.
Seminole was charged with murder after allegedly hitting 37-year old Kimberly Clifford with her car twice in the parking lot of the Walmart on Lacrosse Street back in May.
According to the state, Seminole’s blood alcohol level was .269.
Prosecutors say the criteria for seeking the death penalty aren’t in this case.
