Over 82,000 North Dakotans fully vaccinated against COVID-19

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota is reporting an additional 81 positive cases of COVID-19 in the state and one new death.

Health department figures updated Saturday show a total of 100,357 people in North Dakota have been infected with COVID-19 and 1,449 people have died from the virus since the pandemic began.

As of Saturday, 668 people in the state were considered to have active cases of the virus. Nearly 150,000 North Dakota residents have received at least one dose of the vaccine.

The state says more than 82,000 people have completed the two-dose series.
