Outlaw Square set to open this weekend

Five years in the making, Outlaw Square is set to open Friday. Adverse weather this year prevented the square from opening in September as originally intended, but residents and visitors will now have the opportunity to experience Outlaw Square in all it’s holiday glory starting this weekend. Crews have been working tirelessly to get the square ready for the holidays, and the day would not be complete without an ice skating rink, Christmas Tree Lighting and for the good little children, a visit from Santa.

Weather conditions will be relatively mild. Friday morning there will be freezing fog, but that will have cleared up by late morning and afternoon. So no travel impacts are expected. High and low temperatures will be in the 40s and 20s, with light Southwesterly winds between 5 and 10 mph. Bundle up, drive safe, and enjoy the beginning of the Christmas season!
