OST searching for 11-year-old boy missing from Porcupine

PORCUPINE, S.D. — The Oglala Sioux Tribe Department of Public Safety says they are currently seeking the whereabouts of 11-year-old Phoenix White Face, last seen by his custodial father on July 8 before being sent on a two-day visitation with his mother, Dana Fast Horse.

Phoenix was last seen wearing a red shirt and red shorts. He is a Native American male, 5’7″ tall and weighing approximately 180lbs. He has brown, waist-length hair in dreadlocks and brown eyes.

He may be in western South Dakota or in the Seattle, Washington, area where his mother currently lives.

Anyone with information on Phoenix White Face’s disappearance is asked to call the Pine Ridge Oglala Sioux Tribal Police Department immediately at (605) 867-5111.
