PINE RIDGE, S.D. — The Oglala Sioux Tribe Department of Public Safety is seeking help from the public in locating a missing woman.
Rainbow White Butterfly – Pino, 28, was last heard from by her mother via cell phone on August 29, 2020 at around 11:30 p.m. Her mother heard a male’s voice telling Rainbow to hang up the phone but could not give a definite answer on who he could be.
Rainbow is 5’4″, 120 lbs with black hair and brown eyes.
