OST Dept. of Public Safety seizes drugs, firearms and currency in Pine Ridge

PINE RIDGE, S.D. — The Oglala Sioux Tribe Department of Public Safety executed a search warrant in the Pine Ridge District on Saturday, January 29.

Over 140 grams of cocaine, more than $18,000 in US currency, two firearms and numerous drug paraphernalia items were located during the course of the search warrant.

According to a release from the OST Department of Public Safety’s Facebook page, five subjects at the residence were arrested on several drug distribution charges.
