North Dakota reports 2 more virus cases, raising total to 34

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — The North Dakota Health Department says the number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the state stands at 34, an increase of two from Monday afternoon.

The positive tests came back for a man in his 20s from Dunn County and a woman in her 60s from Burleigh County, both of whom had traveled.

Health officials have tested a total of 1,488 people, including 48 on Monday.

The state has reported eight positive cases since Saturday morning. Four people who have tested positive for the virus remain hospitalized.
