Night to Shine Dress Shopping will be starting Saturday, Jan. 11 at the Rushmore Mall

RAPID CITY, S.D. — Night to Shine Dress Shopping will be opening Jan. 11, at the former Herberger’s location at the Rushmore Mall.

There have been over 200 dresses donated — capping the donations off for this year’s Night to Shine. Volunteers are still needed to be buddies or to help put together the function.

“They come, they pick up their dress for free,” says coordinator and pastor, Keith Culver. “We have incredible volunteers who are going to be helping them. They’ll try them on. They’ll dance around, look at themselves in the mirror and just have a blast — it’s so much fun.”

The third Annual Night to Shine in Rapid City is a formal event hosted by Bethel Church for special needs community members. It is sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation.

In Rapid City, Night to Shine will take place on Feb. 7 at Herberger’s.

Anyone interested in volunteering may contact Night to Shine at their website.
