NFR Results: Lord, Dees, Lockhart and Routier all place in Round 6

LAS VEGAS, NV – The sixth round of the National Finals Rodeo was held on Tuesday at the Thomas and Mack Center.

Team Roping

Levi Lord from Sturgis and Jr. Dees from Aurora, South Dakota earned $12,125 on Tuesday at the NFR.

The pair finished fourth in the team roping with a time of 4.7 seconds.

Lord and Dees have now won over $63,000 at the NFR and are currently third in the average with four rounds to go.


Barrel Racing

Lisa Lockhart of Oelrichs and Jessica Routier from Buffalo both finished in the money on Tuesday in the barrel racing.

Lockhart finished fourth in the 6th round with a time of 13.64 seconds.

Routier was fifth after posting a time of 13.65 seconds.

Lockhart won $12,125 while Routier earned $7,462.

Overall, Lockhart as won over $87,000 in the first six rounds at the NFR.

Plus, she currently leads the average with a total time of 82.35 seconds on six runs.

Lockhart, chasing her first world title, came into the NFR ranked 14th in the world but has since moved up to No. 4 in the standings.
